On Sunday 18th April 2010, another successful Irish Jiu-Jitsu Academy training seminar took place in the Waterford dojo. This multi-disciplined seminar incorporated classes in Jiu-Jitsu, Aiki-Jutsu and Kenpo, in addition to the Fillipino fighting systems of Atienza Kali and Warriors Eskrima.

A large group of Irish Jiu-Jitsu Academy students from Waterford Jiu-Jitsu Club recently travelled to Wasserkuppe, Germany for the annual international training camp hosted by Kyoshi Jurgen Kippel (8th dan Jiu-Jitsu).
